Bruce Tempkin of Customer Experience Matters writes:
“After about the tenth time I had to yank my 10 year-old daughter away from the computer, I checked out what she was doing. Well, she was playing at the Webkinz.com Website. It turns out that this is the hottest thing for my daughter and all of her friends.”
He goes on to laud the Webkinz concept explaining that:
